What is the Skills Accelerator Program?

What criteria are considered during the selection process?
The selection process prioritizes companies owned by women entrepreneurs and evaluates factors such as:
1) the potential impact of the program on the company’s growth and development,
2) the commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning, and
3) the company’s vision and overall goals.
How many recipients will be selected for the program?
Up to 20 recipients will be selected to participate in the Skills Accelerator Program. These selected participants will receive free access to the TalentLMS Grow plan + TalentLibrary™ for one year.
What are the benefits of participating in the program?
Participants in the program will gain free access to TalentLMS Grow plan + TalentLibrary™. Our leading learning management system facilitates employee reskilling and upskilling within organizations. How long is the program duration?
Selected participants will have access to the TalentLMS learning platform + TalentLibrary™ for one year, allowing them ample time to implement and benefit from the program’s resources and initiatives.
Is there any cost associated with participating in the program?
No, there is no cost associated with participating in the Skills Accelerator Program. We will provide free access to the TalentLMS learning platform + TalentLibrary™ to selected participants free of charge for the duration of the program.
Can I apply on behalf of someone else?
Yes, individuals can submit applications on behalf of women entrepreneurs who own SMBs (use your own email for the “contact email”). However, the application must include the details of the owner/founder and the business. If you’re submitting an application on someone’s behalf, make sure they are aware and agree to be nominated.
