Course overview

It’s another crazy workday. One of your employees is rushing through the warehouse, carrying a box in one hand, and entering delivery details on their mobile with the other. They don’t notice a spillage on the walkway, step on it, and slip. They land awkwardly and break their arm. It’s an injury that’s going to mean them being off work for a few weeks.

This is one of the various incidents that need reporting under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases, and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013. Known as RIDDOR, it’s a piece of health and safety legislation in the UK that workplaces must comply with.
