Resources Development Plan
Different opinions are healthy at work—it’s where progress and innovation come from. However, when there’s a heated disagreement in a team, it becomes uncomfortable for everyone. If conflicts aren’t resolved quickly, they can damage relationships and disrupt collaboration and productivity. Ultimately, this can affect the success of the business.
As leaders, managers are responsible for resolving conflicts, but that doesn’t have to be as difficult as it sounds. Recognizing the signs of a conflict is key, so they can spot it early. They should also understand when it’s the right time to step in. People respond best when they’re properly heard, so there are techniques managers can use to explore each side and come to a successful resolution.
This course was created to be used as practice for the skills the managers have learned in our course ‘Conflict Management’.
