Everyone has the right to feel safe in life. And to make sure that children and vulnerable adults are allowed this right, safeguarding laws exist. When your employees work in a setting with children, or vulnerable adults, they need to follow guidance and comply with rules. But safeguarding goes further than just legislation.
To create a truly positive and safe environment, they need a safeguarding culture in their workplace. This will put safeguarding at the centre of everything they do, so the people they work with, or care for, are protected all the time.
